Please note the following:
A $1,190 (10%) tuition bursary credit will be granted to any parents with children in a Christian elementary school. In order to receive this credit you must make your request in writing and attach it to this form. Please include with your request how you will make your payments.
Transportation is included in the tuition.
In the event that a student withdraws from QCHS during the school year, due to the request of the parents or the school administration, a minimum of $2,500 is non-refundable plus the remaining tuition prorated by the number of months the student attended school.
