Extracurricular Activities
Student life at Quinte Christian High School is not just work in the classrooms. We have a very active extracurricular program, which includes the following:
| ARTS COUNCIL | Where students organize and sponsor art events at the school. | |
| ATHLETIC COUNCIL | Where students organize and support the different athletic events that are an integral component of school life. | |
| COMPUTER CLUB | A place for students to assist in keeping the lab up and running. | |
| CONCERT BAND | Concert Band rehearses every Monday afterschool. This year we are working on repertoire ranging from Holst's First Suite in Eflat to the Hockey Night in Canada Theme. We are also exploring the possibility of a Spring Tour. | |
| DRAMA CLUB | Over the past 3 years the school has staged, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Anne of Green Gables, and Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. | |
| INTRAMURAL SPORTS | Come out and compete with other students in volleyball, basketball, badminton and indoor soccer. This is run by and for students. | |

Jazz Band rehearses every Friday at noon. Our focus is primarily the old standards by the likes of Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman including "String of Pearls" and "American Patrol". | |
| A vital part of the life of our school in which students engage in intercessory prayer for each other and for the school. | ||

Where students can catch up on homework. | |
| SHOP | Come out and use basic woodworking skills to make a gift for someone. | |
| SPORTS | Volleyball, badminton, basketball, cross-country running, track & field, competing with all high schools in the Bay of Quinte athletic association. | |
| STUDENT COUNCIL | Where students work together to organize fun activities, fundraisers for worthy causes and help in important decision making for the school. | |
| WORSHIP TEAM | Where students develop their vocal and instrumental skills, and prepare to lead in worship assemblies and in churches. | |
| YEARBOOK | We Are One is where you will find the memories of your years at QCHS stored and shared. | |
| OTHER | With availability of resources and student interest, other activities such as aerobics and financial planning are made available periodically. As you can see, QCHS is a small but lively place to be, offering a wide variety of opportunities to engage your interests and talents. |
